Contact Laser 247

Two genuine routes, each with a clear job: the WhatsApp desk for anything about your ID and your money, and the editors’ email for anything about this website. Knowing which is which saves you a wasted message — and makes every other “Laser 247 contact” easy to identify as fake.

Something on this site is wrong

Send the page, the exact sentence and what is wrong with it. Corrections are the category we act on fastest, and meaningful changes are dated rather than made silently.

Critical

Security & fraud reports

Sites, groups or numbers pretending to be Laser 247. Send the URL or number, a screenshot, the date and how you found it.

If money has already moved, report to your bank and at cybercrime.gov.in or 1930 first — that is time-critical, and email is not.

Link offers, guest posts, paid placement

One rule covers both channels: we never ask for your password, an OTP or your UPI PIN, and we never ask you to install remote-access software. A “Laser 247 contact” that does any of those has identified itself as a copy — whichever channel it arrived on.

A chat you started from this website is ours. A chat that started with a stranger messaging you first is not.

The desk answers around the clock. The editors answer within a few working days.

Never send these — to anyone

Passwords, one-time codes, UPI PINs, card numbers or identity documents. Neither the desk nor the editors need them, ever. Anything of that nature arriving by email is deleted on sight, and anyone requesting them in chat is impersonating us.

Contacting the desk about your account

The desk handles everything that touches your ID: registration, top-ups, withdrawal status, password resets, locked accounts and deposit traces. It answers around the clock, in the order messages arrive, and a match night is busier than a weekday afternoon.

To get a problem fixed in one exchange, send your ID, what happened, roughly when, and a screenshot if there is an error on screen — together, in one message. For a deposit question, add the UPI reference number from your payment app. The help centre explains which problems you can clear yourself in under a minute before messaging at all.

One caution that repeats across this site because it matters: start the chat yourself, from a button on this website. We do not message players first, we do not run “faster agents” in group chats, and we do not use a different number for “VIP support”. The security guide shows how the copies work.

Writing to the editors about this site

Email [email protected] for anything about these pages rather than your account. We aim to respond within within 3 working days, prioritised in this order: reported errors first, then impersonation reports, then everything else. A postal address is published once the operating entity details are finalised.

For corrections: the page URL, the exact sentence as it appears, what is wrong with it, and the evidence where it exists. If a page contradicts what the desk actually told you, quote both — one of them needs fixing and we want to know which.

For impersonation reports: the URL or number, a screenshot, the date, and how you encountered it, with your own personal details removed. We cannot take a page down ourselves, but patterns across reports get published on the security page, where they protect far more players than any single takedown would.

For accessibility problems: the page, the assistive technology or setting involved, and what happened compared with what you expected. These are treated as functional defects and fixed in the same cycle as anything else that stops a page working.

Some messages get a link to an existing guide rather than a written reply — not a brush-off; the page usually carries the full reasoning a short reply would drop. And some get no reply at all, stated here so nobody waits: guest-post pitches, link-building offers, paid placements, and anything containing credentials or documents.

If your situation is urgent

Email is not an emergency channel, and neither is waiting politely in any queue. If money has just moved to a fraudster or an account has just been compromised, the time-critical actions are these: change the account password and then your email password; contact your bank and ask specifically about the dispute window; screenshot the conversation, the number and any transaction reference before blocking anyone; then report at cybercrime.gov.in or on 1930 the same day.

Message the desk in parallel so we can lock the account down from our side — and write to the editors afterwards if the pattern should be documented for other players. The full first-hour sequence, with the reasoning behind the order, is in the security guide.

What happens to your message

Email sent to the editors is read by the editorial team and used only to answer you or act on a correction. Nobody is added to a mailing list, addresses are not shared or sold, and messages containing credentials or documents are deleted rather than filed. Correspondence is kept only as long as it is useful for the matter and for the record of corrections — the privacy policy covers the rest.

There is deliberately no contact form on this page. Email keeps the exchange in your control: you keep a copy, you can see exactly where it went, and there is no submission box on this site collecting anything. Because there is no account system on this website, we can only identify you by the address you write from — so replies in the same thread are much faster than fresh messages.

Language of correspondence

Write in English or Hindi, whichever is comfortable — a Hindi reply may take slightly longer, and we would rather take longer than misunderstand a report about money or safety. If you need a reply in a particular format — plain text, larger type, a structure that reads well with a screen reader — say so and we will accommodate it without needing a reason.

Contacting Laser 247: frequently asked questions

How do I reach Laser 247 support for my account?

Through the WhatsApp desk, opened from any Get ID button on this site. That one chat handles new IDs, deposits, withdrawals, password resets and locked accounts, and it answers around the clock. Starting the chat from this website is also how you know you are talking to us and not a copy.

What should I send so my problem is fixed in one message?

Your ID (never the password), what happened, roughly when, and a screenshot if there is an error on screen. For deposit issues add the UPI reference number and the time you paid. One complete message beats five partial ones by days.

What is the email address for, then?

The editors of this website: corrections to these pages, impersonation reports, accessibility problems and general questions about the guides. It is not an account channel — the desk can act on your ID; the editors can act on the pages.

Can I send my account details or documents by email?

Please do not. Registration and support need no documents, and anything of that nature arriving by email is deleted on sight. Never send passwords, OTPs, UPI PINs or identity documents to anyone — including addresses claiming to be ours.

I found a site or WhatsApp account impersonating Laser 247. What should I send?

The URL or number, a screenshot, the date, and how you encountered it — a search result, a forwarded message, an ad. If payment was requested, include the handle it was requested to. We log every report, and patterns get published on the security page where they protect other players.

Do you accept guest posts or link exchanges?

No. We do not publish guest content, sell links or participate in exchanges, and requests of that kind are not answered.
