Laser 247 deposits and withdrawals
Money questions make up most of what our support desk handles. Nearly all of them come down to the same few things: which payment details were used, whether the reference number was kept, and whose bank account is on the other end. This page walks through both directions.
Before anything else
Payment details change. Always ask the desk for the current details on the day you deposit, through the WhatsApp button on this website. Do not reuse a QR code from last month, and never pay to details sent by someone who messaged you first.
Adding money to your Laser 247 ID
- Message the desk from this site and say how much you want to add.
- Receive today’s payment details. You will get a UPI ID or QR code, or bank details for a transfer.
- Pay from your own account. Use a UPI app or bank account in your own name. Check the amount before you approve.
- Send the proof. Reply with a screenshot that shows the UTR (the 12-digit reference number), the amount and the time.
- Check your balance. Once the desk has matched the payment, the balance in your ID updates. Log in and confirm it yourself.
That is it. The step people skip is the fourth one, and it is the one that matters when something goes wrong.
What a UTR is and where to find it
Every UPI payment in India gets a unique 12-digit number. Banks call it the UTR or UPI reference number. It is how one payment out of millions is found again.
- Google Pay: open the transaction → “UPI transaction ID”.
- PhonePe: History → tap the payment → “UTR”.
- Paytm: Balance & History → tap the payment → “UPI Ref No”.
- Bank SMS: the debit message usually carries it as “Ref” or “UPI Ref”.
A screenshot that says “Payment successful” with no reference number is not much use to anyone. Scroll down in the app until the number is on screen, then capture it.
Taking money out
- Message the desk with your ID and the amount you want to withdraw.
- Give your own bank details — account holder name, account number and IFSC, or your UPI ID. The name must match the ID holder.
- The amount is deducted from your Laser 247 balance.
- The transfer is sent and the desk shares the reference number with you.
- Confirm in your bank app, not from a screenshot. A credit SMS or the entry in your statement is the proof.
Why a withdrawal can take longer than you expected
- Open bets. Money tied up as stake or lay liability is not available until the market settles.
- Name mismatch. Bank account name and ID holder name differ, so the desk stops and asks.
- First withdrawal. The first payout to a new bank account gets an extra check. Later ones to the same account are quicker.
- Bank-side delays. IMPS and UPI are normally instant, but banks do hold transfers during maintenance windows and on heavy days.
- A wrong digit. One mistyped character in an IFSC or account number bounces the payment back, which takes time to return.
If it has been longer than the desk told you, send one message with your ID, the amount and the time of your request. Several messages to several numbers slows things down rather than speeding them up.
Payment scams we see every week
- The “refund” collect request. Someone says they are refunding you and sends a UPI collect request. Approving it and entering your PIN sends money. You never need a PIN to receive.
- The lookalike support number. You post about a late withdrawal in a Telegram group and a “support agent” messages you within minutes. Our desk does not find customers in groups. Start every conversation from the button on this site.
- The advance fee. “Pay 10% tax first and we release your winnings.” No. Nothing is ever paid in order to withdraw.
- The screen-share. AnyDesk, TeamViewer, “QuickSupport”. The desk will never ask you to install one. With screen access a stranger can read your OTPs as they arrive.
More of these, with what to do in the first hour if one has already worked on you, are on the security page.
Keep your own records
A note on your phone with three columns — date, amount, UTR — takes ten seconds per transaction. If there is ever a dispute, that note settles it in one message. It also shows you plainly what you have put in and taken out over a month, which is worth knowing. If the number is higher than you are comfortable with, the responsible gaming page explains how to set a limit or take a break.
Quick questions
I paid but my Laser 247 balance has not changed. What now?
Send the desk one message containing the 12-digit UTR number, the amount and the time you paid. With those three the desk can trace the payment. Please do not pay a second time “to check” — it turns one problem into two.
Can I withdraw to a friend or family bank account?
No. Withdrawals go to an account in the name of the person who holds the ID. It is the single most effective protection against someone emptying an account they have broken into, so we do not make exceptions.
Will the desk ever ask for my UPI PIN to release a withdrawal?
Never. Receiving money does not need a PIN. Anyone asking you to enter a PIN, approve a collect request or install a screen-sharing app in order to receive a withdrawal is stealing from you, whatever name they are using.
Is there a fee for depositing?
We do not charge one. If somebody quotes a “processing fee”, “GST advance” or “activation charge” before crediting you, you are not talking to our desk.
Ask the desk for the current payment details
Opens a WhatsApp chat with the Laser 247 ID desk, where your ID is created. Our team will never ask for your password or OTP.
